Have you visited the stretch n bubbles sketch challenge blog? They have just the right kind of sketches for my style...I'm really itching to make up a bunch of inchies and try sketch #1...but I haven't yet...
Today they posted sketch #4...and I had fun with one of stretch n bubbles digital stamps and put together a birthday card...don't we always need more birthday cards?
The digital stamp is available at stretch n bubbles, I colored it in with some pencils, the pp is basic grey and the shiny paper is from an origami pack. I also used some chalks and ink for the edges.
Thanks for looking!
A space for me to explore my latest interests, a bit about family, a bit about work, a bit about crafting. My current favorite activity is quiltmaking, all the beautiful fabrics!

Goin' Buggy!
I certainly enjoy cardmaking, and last fall I discovered a place on the web that invites others of a similar mind to share and encourage eachother...Cardmaker magazine's swap forum. If you've never visited, I recommend you click on in and join in the fun! http://www.cardmakermagazine.com/cardswap/
I have participated in several swaps, and these latest creations are for one that has a theme of bugs...
This first card uses a new to me ink for the dragonfly, it is called Opalite by Tsukineko, and if you use it on a dark paper, it is fabulous! If you have a chance to get some...do!
Here is a closer shot of the dragonfly, I pop-dotted it above the leaves for some dimension.
The second card is far brighter than I normally make...and I like it! I think that it really shouts SUMMER!
